Hi, I’m Will Pethick, owner and operator of WillWorks Grading & Land Services. I started this business with a vision to provide high-quality grading and land clearing services rooted in integrity, excellence, and hard work.

I graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken with a degree in Business Management, completing the program in just three years with a 3.9 GPA. My professional journey began over five years ago with B&K Grading and Paving, where I gained hands-on experience and developed a deep respect for the industry.

For the past three years, I’ve been building my own business—focusing on attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and delivering results I’m proud of. Beyond the worksite, my faith plays a central role in who I am. I’m a committed Christian and serve as a youth leader in my local church. I strive to bring those same values of honesty, respect, and service into every project I take on.

Hi, I’m Hunter Laird, Vice President here at WillWorks. I was born and raised here in Aiken, South Carolina, where I developed a love for the outdoors and working with my hands. After earning my bachelor’s degree from North Greenville University, I joined the WillWorks team in mid-2024.

I share Will’s passion for delivering high-quality work to people who have a vision for their land, and I’m proud to help bring those dreams to life. Outside of WillWorks, I serve as the Worship Pastor at NewSpring Church. My faith is the foundation of everything I do—it shapes how I lead, how I work, how I show up in my marriage to my wife, Kristen, and in our everyday life together.
